James Samson

James Samson is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Arbiter Industries where he oversees the: supply-chain and inventory management, logistics coordination, quality assurance and operational efficiency. In addition, he is also responsible for vendor relations.  

James has a distinguishable career dedicated in service to the United States Armed Forces. He currently serves as the Logistics Officer for the United Nations Command Security Battalion in Korea, the most forward stationed unit in the peninsula. He is responsible for the logistical forecasting and requirements needed for over 3,000 soldiers (both U.S. and Republic of Korea (ROK) military), contractors, and civilians. Previously, he served at the CENTCOM (Central Command) Detachment commander under a logistical unit responsible for the Middle East AOR (Area of Responsibility). Such examples include Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Syria, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Oman. He gained valuable experience in the import/export of vessels, transportation of goods through the Western Access Network (WAN), in addition to the Trans-Arabian Network (TAN) and is familiar with the Northern Distribution Networks (NDN). During this period, he built relationships with the host nation (HN) embassies: their Office of Military Cooperation (OMC) and their HN equivalents such as the Minister of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and Ministry of Defense (MOD).  

James’ personal strength is building interpersonal relationships between organizations and ensuring systems and processes are streamlined to create a shared understanding. He hopes to emphasize and place these strengths in Arbiter Industries.  

James graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology.
