Headshot of Cameron

Cameron Kendrick

Cameron Kendrick is the Director of Manufacturing of Arbiter Industries. He oversees the technical aspects of manufacturing, integrating engineering designs and turning them into tangible products through the manufacturing process.

Cameron has built a distinguished career as a Manufacturing Engineer, serving various industries, most notably Energy, Medical, Aerospace and Defense.  Throughout his career he has been tasked with machining the most complex geometries and materials these fields present utilizing the forefront of CNC manufacturing technology.

Cameron launched his career as a manufacturing engineer at Regal Rexnord, initially working as a machinist. There, he solidified his foundation in CNC manufacturing by setting up and operating six different CNC machines (lathes and mills), producing over 7000 gear shafts and 3000 gear housings for electric motors. Cameron's quick learning ability established him as a leader in the department, and it was not long before he was training new hires on setting up and producing parts.  Cameron frequently had to troubleshoot programming issues by making adjustments directly at the machine, which sparked his interest in CNC programming. Fascinated by this aspect, he decided to steer his career in that direction and further develop his skills as a programmer.

In May of 2023, he joined Zeda Technologies as CNC programmer, where he was responsible for establishing processes of machining prototype parts for the aerospace, defense, and medical industries, as well as validating certain jobs for large-scale production. During his tenure at Zeda, Cameron programmed, set up, and produced over 100 different prototype components, including rocket fuselages, stator components, propeller blades, medical implants, and firearm components. This experience greatly expanded his skill set, giving him the confidence, ability, and knowledge to produce any component geometry imaginable.

Cameron’s dedication to serving Arbiter Industries is evident in his proactive approach to product innovation and development of manufacturing processes.
